Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is requested before the first session of a course, we will refund the full deposit minus a 10% administrative fee. Alternatively, the full deposit can be applied as a credit towards a future course, which must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.

A full refund will be made in the event that: the facilitator advises that the course is contra-indicated, if during an orientation call for an 8 week course a prospective participant decides that it’s best not to proceed and informs the teacher at the time, or if course needs to be cancelled or postponed by the mindfulness facilitator.
