45-minute sessions in a blend of both Irish language and English. Both introduction and subsequent discussions relating to the session’s practice will be given in English, while the practice itself will be offered in basic Irish. This provides an opportunity to approach core practices from a different perspective with a non-judgemental, curious, beginner’s mind for those with an interest and a basic grasp and perhaps even a love of the Irish language. Please note, attendees do NOT have to have a high level of Irish but an open, willingness to experience the present moment in a novel way.
