Information

Online Morning of Mindfulness Practice
Sunday 11th May 2025 | 9am – 1pm | €25
Facilitated by Erica Balfour

You are warmly invited to join us for a nourishing online morning of mindfulness practice. This half-day mini retreat is open to anyone who has completed one of our 8-week MBSR, MBCT, or MSC courses—or who has an established mindfulness practice.

Retreat time offers us the chance to step out of our daily routines and reconnect with ourselves in a deeper, more intentional way. With gentle guidance from Erica, we will be guiding us through a variety of practices interwoven with plenty of space and silence, creating the conditions to meet our experience with presence, awareness, and kindness.

Through sustained mindfulness practice, we may begin to notice our habits of reactivity and self-judgment—and, with compassion, learn to relate to ourselves and our inner life with greater understanding.

This is a space to pause, reconnect, and practice allowing, acceptance and simply being. As best we can.
All are welcome.

If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.
