Take a dip at your favourite swim spot for the second annual Big Splash for Aware. Taking part not only benefits your own mental and physical health, but you’ll be raising vital funds for Aware to deliver essential mental health services across Ireland.

Register for an exclusive swimming hat featuring the Aware sun icon symbolising hope to wear on the day to show your support for mental health. Registration is €23 inclusive of all charges.
