I have always loved cooking for people and exploring the world of Nourishment. As a child I learnt how to grow food, cook and serve it in our family guesthouse - long before the phrase "farm to fork" was in used! This interest led me to studying macrobiotics, medicinal cooking and catering, shiatsu and aromatherapy. More recently I have qualified as a Mindfulness Based Eating Awareness Trainer (MB EAT) and a Mind Body Eating Coach.  I still love to cook nurturing food for people and practice mindfulness in the kitchen.
