As the world opens up we are reducing the frequency of the online meditations to once a week for the months of July and August. Deep thanks to the teachers who have held the space and to the community of practitioners who have taken part in the online meditation sessions over the past 15 months. Our online sessions will return to their traditional Monday nights. Wednesday, June 30th will be the last of the sessions in the previous schedule. . We are lowering the number of sessions for July and August so that teachers can take care of themselves and replenish. We will resume the sessions in September.
